Welcome to Performer’s Studio!  I'm Donna Tongue, and I love music ~ music of all styles!  And I love teaching ~ sharing my knowledge of music to help others experience the joy of self-expression.  My passion is to help you attain your musical goals and make it enjoyable along the way! 

ABOUT DONNA

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Crane School of Music, Potsdam, N.Y. 1983 - emphasis on viola.

Masters Degree in Vocal Performance, Boston University School of Fine Arts, 1987.

Masters Degree in Vocal Performance from Boston University

Teaching Experience
Over 25 years teaching experience, from the elementary level to college-age and beyond.  

Upon graduating from Crane, taught general music and strings for nine years in the public schools in Manchester, N.H. 

Opened private studio in 1994, teaching voice, viola, violin, piano, sight singing, and music theory. 

Extensive background in music directing and working with various Community and Children’s Musical Theatre programs.  (see resumés)
